Carbohydrate to energy

Thiamin hydrochloride is a source of Vitamin B1 (Thiamin). Thiamin is a cofactor for enzymes such as pyruvate dehydrogenase. This form brings B1 into a supplement and is used to restore coenzyme function when the diet is polished rice or absorption is poor.
