Why supplement?
A common B6 salt
Pyridoxine hydrochloride is phosphorylated in the body to P5P. The use is amino-acid and neurotransmitter metabolism. The hydrochloride is the most common supplement raw material.
Amino-acid metabolism
Pyridoxine hydrochloride is a source of Vitamin B6. Pyridoxal phosphate assists transamination and neurotransmitter synthesis. This form supplies B6; long-term megadoses are a safety issue, not a benefit.
How to take it
If numbness or tingling persists, stop raising the dose on your own and see a doctor.
How oftenCan be used daily, but count the total from all multivitamins.
