Selenium-enriched yeast

Organic selenium complex builds selenium into yeast protein as a mixture of selenoamino acids. People sensitive to yeast should avoid it. Dose still by micrograms of selenium; it is not a protein supplement.

GPx and deiodinases

Organic selenium complex is a source of selenium. Selenocysteine sits in antioxidant enzymes and thyroid deiodinases. This form is counted in micrograms; one serving of Brazil nuts can already be too much.
