Why supplement?
Magnesium Taurate
Magnesium taurate pairs magnesium with taurine and is common in relaxation and electrolyte formulas. Magnesium remains the lead for ATP and neuromuscular function; the taurine dose is usually not enough as a stand-alone taurine supplement.
ATP and neuromuscular function
Magnesium taurate is a source of magnesium. Magnesium stabilizes ATP phosphate groups and helps muscles relax. This salt supplies elemental magnesium; oxide and organic salts differ sharply in absorption and laxative effect.
How to take it
People taking blood-pressure or heart medicines should not change the timing or dose on their own.
How oftenUse according to daily needs, and review blood pressure and medicines regularly.
What to watch
Cautions
People with low blood pressure, heart or kidney disease, or on blood-pressure medicines should ask a doctor first.

· Dizziness (in some people)
· Combined with blood-pressure medicines it may drop blood pressure too low; people with kidney disease may develop high blood magnesium.
