Why supplement?
Marked asPrimarySupporting
Support guanine-nucleotide supply
Guanylic acid can be phosphorylated to GDP and GTP for RNA, G-protein signaling, and protein synthesis. Infant-formula nucleotide blends often include this member; rapidly growing tissues have a particularly high need for GTP.
Heighten the umami layer
When guanylic acid and glutamate share a food, umami enhancement is especially clear among nucleotides; shiitake, kombu, and dried seafood are high in it. Stocks and infant formula often borrow this monophosphate; the memory of dried-goods umami is usually recognized from here.
How to take it?
After continued use, reassess by how you feel and whether you still need it.
How oftenUsually fine to use daily; adjust to personal need.
